A Regency period side cabinet of small proportions and severe, architectural presence in rosewood of characteristc figure and lovely original colour. This eminently practical furnishing piece is with two glazed lockable doors flanked by pilasters, which open to reveal a shelved interior. The cabinet retains the original speckled marble top in tones of black, grey and white and is raised on four turned feet. An attractive piece of useful dimensions remaining in excellent original condition. Circa 1810-20.
