As part of Fisher London's 'Mind Your Head' talks, we heard from the funny, spirited, and brilliant Lindsey Hilsum as she spoke with moving and remarkable insight about her late friend and fellow journalist Marie Colvin who was killed while covering the siege of Homs in Syria in 2012. Lindsey's new biography, 'In Extremis: The Life of the War Correspondent Marie Colvin', is a fitting tribute which beautifully captures both the tumultuous personal and professional life of this extraordinarily brave woman. The event also raised money for the Marie Colvin Journalists' Network to support young female journalists in the Arab world. Thanks to all involved.
