Regency rosewood etagère

Code: FL5381

SOLD

A charming and decorative Regency period etagère or small whatnot in rosewood of lovely colour and characteristic figure, now with a rich patina.  The three shaped shelves are joined by turned columns terminating in four brass knops to the top.  The piece is on four short turned legs terminating in the original brass castors.  A fine quality, practical piece.  Circa 1820.

Condition: There is one small split to the back of the lower tier almost imperceptible due to the strong figure and grain of the wood.
