Dating to the 1st Millennium AD, a burnished pottery vessel with painted geometric decoration from the Catamarca region, Cienaga, Argentina. The pot retains a number of collection labels to the base.

Provenance: Ex. private collection, Frankfurt, Germany, acquired mid to late 20th century.

Condition: good with a 1cm chip to the rim
