A fine quality, Regency period, cut glass rinser with 'strawberry' cut band beneath a panel of faceted glass and blaze motif above.  Anglo-Irish.  Circa 1820.

Rinsers were used between courses to rinse or cool the glass before a change of wine.  The lip was designed to retain the stem of the glass placed upside-down.
